Do you ever get annoyed by another drivers actions while you are in your car?
Does it ever make you mad to a point where you are physically shaking?
Are you still thinking about it when you get home?
Okay I realise this sounds like an infomercial now!
Once when someone was swerving behind me and trying to overtake me, I got angry thinking that they were just some idiot that was trying to trim one minute off of their commute.
But then I realised two things:
1 - Me getting angry would likely have no effect on the driving performance of the person in the other car.

But then I realised two things:
1 - Me getting angry would likely have no effect on the driving performance of the person in the other car.
2 - I know absolutely nothing about the person in the other car and their circumstances.
When I realised these two things I quickly calmed down and went about my business of driving home.
Because for all I knew they were rushing to the hospital or they had some other emergency. Either way, it was none of my business.

If someone is driving erratically, keep your distance and look after yourself. Let them worry about what they're doing and leave them to it.
The key to subduing any anger and getting to enjoy the rest of your day is, acceptance.
Acceptance that your anger won't change their behaviour and acceptance that you know nothing of the other driver's circumstances.
Thanks for reading.
